Refund Policy
We are a service which is free to use for the end user seeking employment opportunities or looking for guidance on our website.
In the unlikely event that a customer has purchased one of our additional paid for services and is not satisfied with the quality or content of the service, they may contact us within 7 days of the date of purchase at contact@blueoffduty.com and we will aim to provide a full or partial refund in a timely manner. Our payment system is ran via Wix.
We reserve the right to decline a refund request made 7 days after the purchase date but in some cases and at our discretion, we may still issue a refund.
For clarity, "within 7 days of" includes the date of purchase and "7 days after" the date of purchase refers to any requests made from 00:00 hours on the eight day following the purchase date, with the date of purchase counting as day number one.
