Its no surprise that Burnout is one of the leading reasons given for work related sickness absence. Demanding jobs that often involve care giving, frequent decision making and pressured environments, not to mention shift work are incredibly tough for anyone making self care low on your priority list. Whether you fancy a career change or are burned out, we have tried to gather some resources that can help you get more from your current job, or to reset ready to try something new. Sometimes mental burnout could be symptom arising from other issues.
